We support vulnerable people in communities across England, Scotland and Wales, throughout hospitals and in our communities as well. We've decided to work and partner with Smart Energy GB because we both feel that it's vital that we support the most vulnerable in our communities. We've been able to place collateral in those hospital sites, and posters and leaflets, which will reach people who are in our target audience.

It's been fantastic. We've got leaflets they can take away with them and they pick them up and look. The people that come to the cafes, usually they're patients or they're people looking after patients, so they're carers looking after vulnerable people.

Many of our clients are on low incomes. So actually having the control that's given through a smart meter so they can check what they're spending is really important. It's all automatic when the meter needs reading. I think that can be a benefit as well.

The older generation do speak a lot more Welsh. And so, yes, it's beneficial to have it in both languages. Our volunteers have fed back that actually they've had a really good response from the clients that they've supported, and think that it's of added value. Something that they can point out to clients and customers and that will be seen as really beneficial.
